Kate Mattleman, LCSW, RN

Owner and Executive Director

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience, I’ve worked with children, adults, and families who have experienced trauma and mental illness, addictions, anxiety and depression. In 2002, I moved to the Jersey Shore from Pennsylvania where I raised 3 beautiful children.
While working at Shore Memorial Hospital in the emergency department, I completed my Masters in Social Work at Rutgers University. I have certifications in the treatment of post traumatic stress disorder as well as Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Child Parent Psychotherapy. In addition, I’ve successfully completed the advanced training in the Kazdin Method of Parenting adolescents and children with oppositional, aggressive and antisocial behaviors. Kerry Sullivan, MSW, LSW, LCADC, ICGC-1

Kerry is a licensed social worker, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, and certified gambling counselor specializing with the adult population. She has extensive experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, as well as those struggling with gambling addiction. I completed my Master’s in Social Work with Louisiana State University and have been working in the field of addictions for over five years. She is passionate about the field of mental health and enjoys watching others take part in their recovery while gaining hope for the future.

Victoria Johnson, LCSW

Victoria is a graduate of Stockton University with a Master's degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Victoria has experience engaging with children, teens, and adults with mental health and behavioral health challenges in a variety of settings. Victoria's experience includes working with a wide range of needs including anger management, ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-image. Victoria utilizes a variety of treatment modalities and works from a strength’s perspective with a solution focused approach.

Anna Attardi, APN

About me:

Anna is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Anna graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. Anna interned at the Veterans Affairs outpatient mental health psychiatry clinic for adults and adolescents. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based psychiatric care through an integrative approach. With a background in emergency and critical care, she understands how psychiatric ailments infiltrate every aspect of life. Through holistic assessment and treatment planning, Anna aims to decrease symptoms and improve overall quality of life for every client. Anna provides medication management and psychotherapy for patients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar disorders, ADHD and more.

Jenn-Lynn Johnston

Jennifer Lynn is a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Tera Mai Reiki Level 1, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Level 2, Womb Light Practitioner 1, 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Circle Facilitator, and is attuned to the Violet Flame of St. Germain.

Through years of hard work, shadow work, introspection, and continuous sacred training, Jenn-Lynn is in a space of being able to offer different types of energy healings that can promote relaxation, stress-reduction, mood enhancement, and chakra-alignment.

From Reiki, which helps clear the chakras & feminine/masculine energies within the body; to IET, which “removes the issues from the tissues;” to Womb Light, which encourages re-connection to the Sacred Womb Space (the creativity center); to Circle Facilitating, which promotes a healing through community and connection; to the Violet Flame, which helps remove stagnation from individual and location.
