We will focus on strengthening the mind, the body and the spirit. We will learn to open up the voice, allowing kindness, tolerance, love and compassion to take over where other more negative thoughts and feelings may have imbedded themselves. We will be able to communicate more successfully, asking for what we want and need. We will learn how to deal with disappointment. We will learn how to use a journal to write from our heart. We will become more mindful and aware of ourselves and the universe around us. Our bodies will build strength and flexibility leading to more relaxation and healthier living. We will be able to sit in silence with a sense of peace and empowerment.

This week will be a time for the us to learn about the inner voice and the power of loving, kind and compassionate communication. We will learn to set clear and healthy boundaries with family and friends. We will learn the positive and negative power of social media and the importance of face to face and written communication. Journaling will be introduced and journals will be provided.
We will build physical flexibility and strength through yoga and other safe physical activities We will talk about nutrition, preparing nutritious snacks and talking about emotion around eating. Each day will provide a conscientious snack. We will build awareness around body safety and the beauty and uniqueness of her!
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and reusable water bottle, please!!
We will be able to sit in silence. We will learn to welcome peace and serenity. We will create a new story around boredom and alone time that will inspire and empower us to feel good about being alone. Meditation and mindfulness will become a daily practice.
