A new group is starting on September 19, 2023 for youth ages 10-14 who are struggling with day to day stress.
This group will focus on building coping skills, strengthening awareness, learning to change from negative to more positive self talk and much more through a series of interactive activities, dialogue, team building and positive feedback from peers in a safe and relaxing environment.
